The first Rig Move for the Loc400 starting at Wicher Range to the remote site of Ungani 100km east of Broome. The move lasting 11 days in total took a total of 20 trips totalling over 51,000km.
Whilst this first trip to move the Loc400 was by far the greatest in distance the next couple of trips over the rough terrain of the Kimberly’s region will be more difficult.
Preparations for the next move are already underway and with the bog of the wet season starting to set in and the soft grounds the company feels confident that with the assistance of its Cat 85 Challenger and Kenworth C500 Bed Winch Truck and staff who have been working consistently in this type of environment for several years it will be successful in its next move to Ungani Stage 3.
